Erik Berg

He is researcher at Telenor Research and Innovation in Trondheim. Berg is associated with the Service Platform group. He has been involved in Daidalos since the first phase of the project. He is also unit responsible for ASTRA and he leads the workpackage for the development of the ASTRA Service Oriented Architecture. He holds a Master in Telematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Monica Divitini


She is professor of Cooperation Technologies at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She holds a MSc. in Information Science from the University of Milano, Italy, and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Aalborg, Denmark. Her research interests lie primarily in the area of CSCW and mobile technology in learning communities. More details

Kevin Doolin


He is the Competence Centre head for the Pervasive Communications Services (PCS) competence centre in TSSG. He has a First Class Honours BTech in Electronic Engineering.  Kevin is currently a member of the NEM  and eMobility Technical Platform groups. He is project coordinator for PERSIST. He is also involved in Daidalos, where he is leading the workpackage on pervasive services.

Babak A. Farshchian


He is senior researcher at SINTEF ICT, and currently works on ambient intelligence and healthcare. He is also an associate professor at NTNU. He has more than ten years of experience in the ICT, collaboration technologies, and telecommunications. He has participated in various European projects, and lately acted as a work package leader in the IP Daidalos. He initiated and currently leads the open source UbiCollab (Ubiquitous Collaboration) project.

Riccardo Pascotto

He is Senior Project Manager and Team Leader at T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH, Line of Business, Products & Services, managing the IP Daidalos II as IP coordinator which is designing beyond 3G architectural concepts and components with an operator driven perspective.  His main research interests are: Next Generation Networks, Service Delivery Platforms, and Pervasiveness.
