• Need to find the copies also to invalidate

  • Broadcast page number ask all processors holding a copy to invalidate
    • Assumption: Broadcast is reliable and will never fail
  • Maintain a list ( the copyset) telling which processors hold which pages
    • List maintained by manager or owner
    • When invalidating,
      • send a message to each processor in the list
      • wait for ACKs
