Peer2Me is a framework for developing peer-to-peer applications on mobile phones using Java MicroEdition. The framework is designed to provide inter-device communication using various networks, but current implementation only supports Bluetooth.
The project is no longer alive, but you are free to use the source code of Peer2Me, as long as you credit the code and the work to Professor Alf Inge Wang, Department of Computer and Information Science, Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
We have two latest versions of Peer2Me. Version A is the most elaborate, but slowest, while Version B is the most efficient of the two. Please not that we cannot provide any support for the software provided. The Master-thesis that documents the software can also be downloded from this section.
